Hi,
I'm working on a single phase inverter using SiC Power Module and i'm using the UCC20520 as a driver. While doing a double pulse test and i found that the PWM signal is very disturbed as you can see in the picture below,
I'm using a differential prob to measure the PWM cause I thought that it can be a common mode current flowing by the scope to the PWM signal but no results. I puted CEM filters in the PWM input but that didn't change anything either.
I start thinking that maybe i'm not using well the driver, here is the schematic, what do you think ?
Gx for gate and Comx for the kelvin source of the power module.
