UCC37322: UCC37322 ENBL pin drive.

Part Number: UCC37322

When VDD is 12V what is the recommended way to drive the Enable pin. Do I need a special driver. Can The ENBL pin pull-up be changed? Please provide some examples if available.

Im planning to use UCC37322 and implement this part.

thank you

  • Hi,

The UCC37322 has an internal pull-up that brings ENBL HIGH if left open. When ENBL is HIGH the device is enabled. If you would like to use this pin to disable the driver then you just need to be able to pull this pin low with the MCU, no special driver is needed.

    Best regards,
