Hi Tadashi,
Our US team will reply you early next month.
Hi Nishi-san,
We do not have an errata for this device.
Do you know if the customer purchased the device from a TI authorized distributor? I'm concerned if the parts were not handled properly, etc.
Did you check the schematics/layout looks ok? Is there any external load on VREG?
No. I don't know if it's a regular route.
What can be considered in case of improper handling?
Can you get an image of the complete lot trace code (LTC) from the shipping box.
The "9" in the code above would indicate 2019. Were the devices purchased from an authorized dealer?
Were the devices taken out of the dry pack or was the dry pack shipping package damaged.
There was no lot trace code.
The purchase is not an authorized retailer.
The dry pack was not open. Also, the humidity indicator was fine.
What are the baking conditions if I was absorbing moisture?
