TPS23750: 1 Gbe and Class 3 PoE using TPS23750 - Compatibility check

Part Number: TPS23750

Hi TI,

I am using TPS23750 POE PD controller for generating PoE 5V.

Processor supports RGMII, so input will be 10/100/1000Mbps(Gigabit ethernet)

I want to use gigabit ethernet with TPS23750. Can you do the schematics review of this?

Using HX5008NL as ethernet transformer.

This schematics is in reference with SLVU108

  • Hello,

The data and power reviews should be independent. The power and data get separated immediately after the input at the data transformer or Ethernet PHY.

For the power review, please use the PoE Schematic Review Guide. Please let me know if you have any questions on this.

If this post answers your question, please indicate so by marking this thread as resolved. Thank you.
