LM43601PWPEVM: PSpice for TI - 'Edit Simulation Profile' window is all-black, no text etc

I'm returning to PSpice for TI after an absence of about a year at which time it was working OK. Now, if I try to edit a Simulation profile or create a new one, all that happens is a window opens with the correct name in its' title bar but is otherwise completely black, nothing visible. Anyone seen this, any fix? (Windows 10 64 bit. PSpice v 17.4-2020)

Hi Robert,

You may want to try to disconnect the external monitor if you are connecting your laptop to one and restart the PSPICE for TI.

I have encounter similar issue in the past.

Hi Arif,

Thank you for the prompt reply. I did try what you suggested but in my case it didn't fix the issue so instead I did the classic tactic and re-loaded the software with the latest version and that did fix it.
