Hi

How can I make board offset calibration with BQ20Z80 + BQ29312A ? I saw VB code in SLUA379a page 6. Can it work with BQ20Z80 + BQ29312A ?

Do I need to make board offset calibration with every circuit ?

    The calibration is for the gas gauge. It doesn't matter which 2nd protector you've chosen to use.

    For bq20z80, you can collect board offset data on several pcbs and use the average value for the same design project.

    For other bq20zxx devices, you have to perform board offset on every pcb.

    This is mentioned in the calibration document. Please refer to it for detail.
