LM2596: LM2596 negative voltage

Part Number: LM2596

Hello

Problem Description:

In the circuit, the U1 (inverting output) negative voltage cannot come out, the output is only 1.4V when the duty cycle is 93%, and when the program-controlled power supply is set to 3A power supply, it directly out of 3A, and the input is pulled down, feeling like a short circuit. When the duty cycle is 8%, it can be input normally, but the output is 1.4V, and the FB voltage does not follow the partial voltage change, it has always been about 1.23, and it feels like it is locked, and the output voltage is about 1.5V at this time.

The input of the inverting output of the figure here does not add capacitance to the input ground, but in order to reproduce the function of the manual in the input (vin-n8) here, the input ground GND is tried to add capacitance, but the capacity is not very large, and a 70uF point solution capacitor is added

Best Regards,
William
