Hi,

Can LM234 source 1uA constant current? Though description says it can support 1uA to 10mA. But the electrical characteristics are mentioned under 2uA to 5mA range.

Hello,

Yes. The device can be programmed down to 1uA however the error will be much larger and not specific in the datasheet.

Hello Purva,

This is an old device an all parametrics are specified in the datasheet. Unfortunately I do not have any additional data.
