Recommend taking a look at our newer LiFePO4 charger BQ24171-Q1. The charging profile for this device is friendlier to current generation of batteries.

The Input over-voltage protection threshold is typically 10.5V with min of 10.2V and max of 10.8V. for both devices. The two graphs show devices meeting this specification.

Slight differences from device to device can be expected due to manufacturing variations.
