Hello Sir:
We are using BQ78z100 on our battery pack, but we has some seal questions on our battery pack.
We release 2 lots battery pack to customer side, one lot used default seal key, other one used our new seal key.
Cause some parameters needs to update, we need to on side upgrade data flash.
Whatever we build one FW to unseal the device, but facing some questions as below.
1. if we unseal the device with correct seal key( our new key or default key, that device will be unseal correctly immediately.
2. if we unseal the device without correct seal key( maybe this device is default key but we using our key), that device will keep seal state.
Please refer our processes as below.
We try many battery packs, if first key is not correct, then even if we used the same processes to unseal our device but that device cannot be unseal by our processes.
Would you please let us know how to fix it?
Please help to provide your recommendations for us.
