Hi there, what is the difference between TLV62595 and TPS6282x (TPS62825, TPS62826, TPS62827)?

Hello Daniel,

TLV62595 is the cost-optimized version of TPS62827. They are pin-to-pin and BOM to BOM.

Both are 4A rated. TPS62825 is 2A rated and TPS62826 3A rated.

What performance differences are there?

Hello Daniel,

The main difference resides in the package.

TLV62595 and TPS62827 are using different packaging technology.

Electrical characteristics derived coming from it differs.
