TPS7A10EVM-004: Question about Bias Voltage and Current limiting

Part Number: TPS7A10EVM-004

Hello,

I was testing the evaluation board for this chip and I have a few concerns.

1)  Is there any tradeoff between applied Bias Voltage vs. performance other than Vout accuracy?

2) I was testing the overcurrent scenario and I got these scope shots:

VIN = 1.1V, VOUT = 0.8V, IOUT set to 0.41A

CH1: VIN, CH2: IIN, CH3: VOUT

Zoomed in:

What is the explanation for the small pulses on all the signals. Also, why does VIN droop as low as 0.6V from 1.1V?
