TPS7B69-Q1: UVLO Clarification

Part Number: TPS7B69-Q1

Hey Team,

My customer and I are looking at the TPS7B69-Q1 datasheet and have a question about the lock out voltage stated here:

Max UVLO is 3V, what is an estimation or typical minimum value that can be expected for lock out (below UVLO threshold) on the power supply?

Do we have a distribution charge we can share on this device?

Best,
Dajon McGill

  • Hi Dajon,

I couldn't find any data for a minimum value for lockout. The safest way to use this part is to keep the input below 3.65V when the part is already off to keep it off, and above 3V when the part is already on to keep it on. There's not a lot else that can be said since we don't have more data.

    Regards,

    Nick
