TPS62933: Low dropout voltage 1.2V implementation

Dear teams,

Here is customer design requirements:

5Vin; 3.8Vout; 3A output.

Competitor: MP1584 perform not well when output 3.8V output voltage. Customer is thinking about the dropout voltage of MP1584 might not good enough.

Whether TPS62933 can achieve 1.2V low dropout voltage application? 

If not, could you help recommend another device for my customer? Alternatively, maybe TPS54308/2 can work?
