hi Team,

cant seems to find any PCN on the changes of leadframe. two same part, with same COO but difference Datecode.

there's a slight difference in the XRAY. please advice.

I am going to send this to the packaging team responsible for the SOT-23 package. Can you please provide the packaging label for both devices?

Hi Grace,

Both of the lead frames are legitimate. Please see the attached slide that compares the lead frames you see to the specified lead frames.
