Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP3966
Hi.
I am currently thinking of using UC282-1 instead of he LP3966ES-ADJ as i need a quick way to change from a 1.2 Voltage to a 1.5 Voltage and my footprint has already pins 4 and 5 shorted. Of course sacrificing the functionality of the shutdown pin, which i already set to a high state via the supply voltage. However. looking at both datasheets i am observing that the turn-on time for the regulator is not specified and i am concerned that since i use these to power digital circuits, i might run into a race condition during turn-on. This is of course, obviously on me. but i was wondering if you had some typical values on this figure.
Any other warning on the part comparison is welcome.
