TPS2064C: TPS2064C current-limit question?

Dear Sir:

The TPS2064C has Current-Limit at 1.5A,

I made a circuit from reference design and the current not be cut-off before 2.1A ~2.4A in different sample.

This current test is done by E-Load,

Is there any one has the experience about this chip?

Hi Gary,

The current limit of this device is 2.29A(typical).

The operating current is 1.5A.

According to the SPEC, I should choice TPS2066C for my project.
