LM2679: the Ciss, Coss, Crss data of LM2679 internal DMOS power MOSFET

Dear sir,

In LM2679 datasheet,  it just list out the rdson data,  no Ciss, Coss, Crss of internal DMOS power MOSFET,  can you share it with me and customer?

Customer want to use it for Power loss calculation.

    Hello

    Detailed information regarding the internal power MOSFET is proprietary.

    However, the TI Webench tool can be used to calculate the efficiency of your design.

    From the efficiency you can easily calculate the power dissipation.
