TPS61178: What's the difference between TPS61178 & TPS611781

Hi team,

My customer have two questions.

1. Do you have individual TPS61178 and TPS611781 reliability test reports? 

My customer only have TPS611781RNWR report, but they also would like to get TPS61178, please see attached file.

2. Does the TPS61178x family have the same hardware architecture (Including internal the IC layout)? Or just only the software differences?
