Hello TI Support Team,

As per our technical requirement charging IC BQ25713B is suitable so i want to simulate the same. So required PSpice simulation model of Circuit (.cir) file for the simulation of the same.

Please provide the Simulation model.

I am waiting for your response on my query , Please let me know if PSpice model is available for BQ25713 or BQ25720.
Let me clear my required specification from charging IC for designing power bank that have Input voltage 5V/12V from non-standard adapter and it should supply 12V @1.5A / 2A output. Battery is 3.7V@ 10 Ah Li-ion at charging current 4A to 5A with fast charging.
Please suggest me any suitable charging IC as per my application and Pspice simulation model for the same.

Sorry, we don’t have a Pspice model for BQ25713. BQ25713/BQ25723 will work. You may consider BQ24190 as well.

Thanks for your response. But i need a charging IC with Switched Boost mode which an give me output 12V@1.5A / 2A

If i use BQ25713 or BQ25720 for charging single cell 3.7V Li-ion battery and wants to take output from the Charging IC 12V@1.5/2A then it will works fine?

Kindly share your vision on this so i can move forward with this IC

Yes, BQ25713 has a pass-through mode(PTM), which connects the input to system load directly. It should work in your application.
