Dear Sir,

I am looking for Supervisor & reset ICs for microcontrollers to provide a 100 msec delay reset after power ON.
I came accross this IC : TPS3840DL35DBVR

I want to use this reset IC

My typical working voltage is 3.3V DC

What is the meaning of Fixed threshold voltage in the datasheet??

Can I use this TPS3840DL35DBVR for my circuit attached below??

Is you need to give Rest to MCU for Under-voltage event then the threshold you want to select should be below 3.3V. In case of the fixed threshold of 3.5V you selected the output will not change

If you looking for smaller package and lower Iq with inventory look at TPS3899DL29DSER. This will make the reset signal trip at 2.9V

Dear Sir,

I want to give Reset to MCU after Power on Event, this IC will provide right?? (Just like power-on reset function).

I don't want any reset function on the under-voltage event.

Yes. TPS3899 will provide complete MCU reset function. Hope that helps.
