LMR36006: LMR36006CRNXR thermal issue

Could you share your layout and have a picture of the DUT, I will need to check the layout and the connection .

please also try on LMR36006 EVM ,to check the thermal if the result is the same .

Unfortunately, I don't have EVM. Here is my layout connection, please check.

PCB  top to the botton are 1oz/2oz/2oz/1oz, and you can see the sign Z1~Z4.

please put more via on the inductor and Vin GND trace, this will help the thermal performance, 

one more to confirm, please check the inductor current, to confirm this is no loading, 

and please try if this layout could run under 0.6A full loading.

1. I have already removed the trace to load. So no load is for sure.

2. I will try 0.6A full load later.

3. Would you please provide me with some thermal data about  LMR36006 on EVM?

To answer NO3, it could be simulate in webench, please input your condition and get a system report. Tj is calculated. estimate some buffer for real case PCB.

and please also check datasheet EVM layout for your referance .

Would you mind telling me what's the difference between LMR36006AQRNXRQ1  and LMR36006CRNXR, except the switching frequency?

In the simulation, you suggested why LMR36006CRNXR and LMR36006AQRNXRQ1 had a big different performance ar temperature(Tj) and efficiency?
