Can you please tell the value of Output Capacitor for 550mA & 5V output. The input value is 6.5V

    Hello Ajay, 

    In order to have a stable device, you can use a capacitor within that range shown on the Data Sheet. There is no specific capacitor value as long as you stay within the range provided to maintain stability.

    In addition,  we recommend using ceramic capacitors with X7R-, X5R-, and C0G ratings. Make sure to pick a capacitor that is rated for more than 5V, i.e, 10V rated capacitor to account for derating. 

    You can also look into our section 8.1.2 and 8.1.3 for more information regarding capacitor selection.
