TPS62130: Alternative part with same footprint and layout

We are currently dealing with the lack of availability for part TPS62130. Is there an alternative part we can use without altering the PCB layout? We are using the typical application circuit diagram listed in the datasheet. section 9.2 page 13 (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps62130.pdf?HQS=dis-mous-null-mousermode-dsf-pf-null-wwe&ts=1645466796630&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.mouser.co.uk%252F) where the output voltage is set using voltage divider applied to the FB pin. We use this part in multiple locations to create rails with output levels 3.3v, 2.5v, 1.8v, and 1.2v from a 5v input. Can anyone help?

    Hi Barry,

    For the TPS62130, only p2p compatible parts are the TPS62130A, TPS62130A-Q1, TPS62140, TPS62140A, TPS62150, TPS62150A, TPS62150A-Q1. But the TPS62140, TPS62140A, TPS62140A-Q1 are 2A rated parts and TPS62150, TPS62150A and TPS62150A-Q1 are 1A rated parts. So depending on your maximum output current, the options will be limited.

    There are also the fixed output versions. TPS62133A-Q1 can do 5V. TPS62131/2/3, TPS62141/2/3 and TPS62151/2/3 which can do 1.8V/3/3/5V respectively. You can tie FB to GND. In your case, you would leave the top resistor divider empty and use a 0-ohm on the bottom resistor divider. And, finally, some more fixed versions TPS62152A-Q1, TPS62153A-Q1 which can do 3.3V and 5V respectively.

    All of them seem to be supply constrained right now. But, for latest inventory updates, it is best to check on the availability at https://ticsc.service-now.com/csm
