Part Number: CSD18543Q3A

Dear Sir/Madam

We have bought some samples of CSD18543Q3A from digikey,but our customer wants to know the marking meaning,they want me to provide the datasheet of the marking meaning.

Can you help to check if you have the document about the marking meaning,Or can you tell me the meaning of the marking as the picture shows?

I know the "18543"is the P/N marking code,and "09E"is the year and month code,how about the "M5VN"?

Pls help to reply.

    Thanks for using our FETs, the explanation of the markign is as follows

    18543 - Part Number

    TI - Texas Instruments

    09E - is YMS - Y- Year, M - Month , S assembly location, so this is Sept 2020 assembly by a subcontractor.

    M5VN is the assembly lot code
