I'm planning on using this to step up a battery voltage from 3.7 to 5v. Looking at the datasheet, the step-up circuit given is much larger from 12-28v. I see the table for determining the values, but I'm not sure what ton and toff is needed for my circuit. I'm also not sure about the switching frequency f. I understand the Vout = 1.25 (1 + R2/R1). The I out should be around 100-150 mA and I would assume you want the V ripple to be as small as possible around 0.25V?
If anyone is able to provide some clarification that would be great! Please let me know if you need any additional information.
