LM21212-2: Exposed Thermal Pad confirmation

Hello Team,

My customer wanted to confirm if the exposed thermal pad is offset in x and y or y only? The Datasheet on part LM21212MH-2/NOPB notes that the Exposed pad is OFFSET in at least one direction, in the picture looks like is OFFSET on both X and Y, but when I look at the dimensions and at the CAD and decal files , it is only OFFSET X and not Y, just want to verify this.

    Hi Renan,

    Yes, the package drawing is correct.  The first note (about the offset in at least 1 direction) is generic to all devices in this package.  The table (with the AA drawing code) is specific to this device and shows the offset in the x direction only.
