I'm trying to support a risk assessment on the LM76003 component. As the automotive variant is out of stock, I'd like further information.
My understanding is that there are 2 additional process steps for the automotive variant LM76003QRNPTQ1 vs industrial variant LM76003RNPR.
Could you please help to confirm the impact of those 2 steps on the fall out rate ?
- Reflow – Can TI define for a batch previously tested, quantity tested to quantity passed?
- X-Ray – What is the fall out from inspection process a batch in vs batch out?
