Hi,

In LM3150, How to set switching frequency ? and due to COT architecture , If input voltage and Load varies whether it will vary switching frequency.

Hello, the Fsw is relatively stable over Vin and load for this COT control architecture. Consider using the LM25145 controller for fixed Fsw.

It is approximately 40ns - please check the performance using the EVM.
