Hello, Can you please tell me if the LM636xx Component Calculator (7245.LM636x5_calculator_revA5.xlsx) and Dropout Calculator (Drop_out_calc_revC.xlsx) that are included in the following thread are the latest versions available?

https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1051333/lm63635-q1-minimum-voltage-requirement

If not, can you please tell me how / where I might obtain the latest version of these calculators?

Thank you,

  • Hello

    Yes, those versions are up-to-date.

Do you have a specific application that we can help you with ?

    Thanks

  • Hello Frank,

No specific application that I need help with (not yet :)

I'm working on a LM63610-Q1 design and just wanted to make sure that I was using the latest tools available.

I don't see these calculators referenced in the LM63610-Q1 site but was fortunate to find them here in the forum while doing some background work.

Other than periodically searching the forum to perhaps notice that these calculators have been revised, is there any sort of means to be notified when revisions occur?

    Thanks

  • Hello

The drop-out calculator for this device is not generally available, unless the user has a specific question about drop-out.

The component calculator found on the product folder is usually the most up to date; but not always.

However, the best way to be sure is to ask on this forum when you are ready to start a new design.

    Thanks
