Here is my webench design using TPS628501-Q1.

Is it possible to estimate the min and max efficiency for given tolerance of the components?

I would like to know the min / max of the input current.

Hi Shinji-san,

It is not simple to get the min/max efficiency as you have to consider on many factor like external components tol., Rds, temp range, feedback tol. I would suggest to run simulation in PSPICE model with expected external components tolerance that will give input current variation for worse case condition.
