BQ79606A-Q1: First Device of the stack stop working after a noisy context.

Using the bq79606a-q1 in 1 bridge + 16 stack devices configuration we have the following problem:
After a noisy context, the first bq of the stack did not respond.
Even when the noise is removed, the first bq of the stack did not respond.
The Wake UP tones do not work, the only way to solve this is to power off the bq and power on again.
I could not find this issue anywere...
- Is there a way to reset the stack devices by hardware?
- Can this situation be prevented?

    Sorry for the delayed response. Below is the list of methods for doing a digital reset. I think your best bet is to try 6 or 7.

    I also encourage you to consider the BQ7961x family, which supports 16 cells and has improved communication robustness including a HW_RST tone for exactly this type of situation.
