We have some queries and requirement for LDO. Please check mentioned below queries and Requirement:-
- Requirement 1 for LDO(L2):-
- Input Voltage:-3.3V
- Output Voltage:-1.8V
- Output Current:-170mA
- Allowable Ripple :-3mV
- Voltage Tolerance:- 5%
- PSRR Should be High.
- Operating Temperature:- -40Deg. to +85Deg.C
- EN and Power Good Pin must be required
- Requirement 2 for LDO(L3):-
- Input Voltage:-3.3V
- Output Voltage:-2.5V
- Output Current:-830mA
- Allowable Ripple :-60mV
- Voltage Tolerance:- 10%
- PSRR Should be High.
- Operating Temperature:- -40Deg. to +85Deg.C
- EN and Power Good Pin must be required
The TI Team suggested TPS7A85 LDO Part, but we have some Queries mentioned below for regarding the same part:-
- What is the Dropout Voltage for Lower Current(100mA or As per mentioned requirements )? (As given in the datasheet At full Load(4A) the dropout will be 150mV)
- Kindly suggest the other LDO part which can operate -40 to 85 Deg.C with lower dropout voltage for the same requirement and the Output current range should support(100mA to 2A)?
