UC1901-SP: Lifetest result - Vref, Vos, Ios and Ib parameter drift

Hello,

We are using the UC1901-SP component for a space program. We saw in 5962-89441SMD that Life test of 125°C / 1000h was performed on component but no drift is given for the following parameters : Vref, Vos, Ios and Ib.

Therefore, for these parameters we guessed that the succes criteria of the life test was the initial tolerance of the parameters. However, by extrapolating at our mission duration and temperature, parameters drift are not acceptable for our design.

Do you have more accurate data (Lifetest report, parameters drift, ...) for this component ?
