I have a customer who is using BQ20Z65-R1 as their battery fuel gauge. They have tested their board and the function is working fine. The device is able to charge, discharge and communicate.
The only issue is that the current consumption is very high.
Shutdown Mode : 962.8uA
Normal Mode (w/o comm) : 1409.7uA
Sleep Mode : 977.2uA
Is this kind measurement normal? What are the possible issue that cause this result?
