TPS1HB16-Q1: SNS cap value

Part Number: TPS1HB16-Q1
Hi Expert,
Our customer uses TPS1HB16A-q1 in their project and you can see the schematic as below. They have one problem.
In datasheet, we recommend that, for low-pass filter for ADC input, we recommend cap value between 100pF-10nF. In below design, they also use Rsns = 1.5k,  Rprot = 15k. The major difference is that the cap value is 2.2uF. They would like to know if it's applicable.
The reason why they use is explained like this. We want to use this pin only for monitoring under open-circuit conditions: in open-circuit conditions, the output current is very small (only leakage current), and the current flowing out of the SNS pin is also very small. Since the load is a solenoid valve, the output current is very small. The outgoing current is fluctuating (like a sawtooth wave). The software sampling may pick up high and low values, which cannot be judged. Therefore, I want to use a larger capacitor and a gentle high level for software sampling.
Just go back to the question, the 2.2uF cap will have bad effect or not? Thanks a lot for help!
BR,
Elec Cheng
