Problem is a reoccurring failure with the TPS562200 when implemented as per the attached circuit diagram. Typically there are two scenarios, first is the EN pin stops functioning leaving the device always on, secondly the device burns or if the current is limited to the device then after failure a resistance of <10R is seen from Pin2 to GND. The problem seems to occur (randomly) when the device is disabled using the EN pin as shown in the circuit diagram.
