Hi Team,

Our customer is looking for the aging Performance (near end of life) for the device TPS73801-SEP. Can you help? do we have any aging tests for this device?

    Marvin,

    In the Quality, reliability & packaging data download link (in the orderable section of the product folder) we have MTBF and FIT data.

    When product is purchased, there is data available for a group E.  This can be used for TID drift estimations.  (This is a PCR report in the QCI system)

    We also have a group P report by lot for -SEP, but this is focused on packaging reliability.

    With respect to aging, a group C is not required for every diffusion lot for -SEP product. 

    For the class V (-SP) products, we have a group C report that can be used to show electrical performance drift 1000hour 125c lifetest.

    This document has explanation of the quality and reliability testing for our various space products.
