BQ79606A-Q1: Transformer selection

Part Number: BQ79606A-Q1

Hello everyone, I am experimenting a lot of communication issues in a noisy environment. I have a battery package of 96 strings divided into 4 boards (that means 4 BQ IC per board) connected to an inverter for PMSM drive.
When the motor is driven a communication lost link. Sometimes communication is recovered after motor stops and sometimes a complete devices stack should be reconfigured.
I am only using cap + choke for signals isolation and my question is:

A transformer shall improve communication robustness?
In this case, a typical ethernet or LAN transformer can be used?
In other way what kind of transformer should be used?
A transformer should be used between each connection or only it should be used on battery edges?

Thank in advance,
Ing. Vittori Luciano.
