LM2594HV: Quality problem

We have problem with LM2594HVMX-5.0/NOPB which we got from some of our ventors.

Part has no output voltage.

Attached some pictures from these part and packing.

Are these original TI parts ?

Can your check these ?

Hi Albert,

Sorry it's hard to comment on the part which was not purchased from TI's distributor.

You buy few sample from Digikey or Mouser for comparison.

Can you check the labels on the packing ?

Is these original label or not ?

What means on the label "internal use only"

Hi Matthias,

Normally there should be no remark of "internal use only" on the label.

Please check it with your vendor for product guarantee and shipping history.
