The specification for the Enable / UVLO pin is in the datasheet.

The specification may be a little different than you are used to seeing since the pin is specified for its analog UVLO function in addition to its digital Enable function.

To guarantee a "high" input, the input voltage should be 1.1V or higher

The Low to High threshold can vary from 1.0 to 1.1V

To guarantee a "low" input, the input voltage should be 0.9V or lower

The High to Low threshold can vary from 0.9V to 1.05V

The EN/UVLO pin has a absolute maximum range of -0.3V to 5.5V with a recommended operating range at 0V to 5V

When the input is low, the EN/UVLO pin has a 100nA leakage current to hold the EN/UVLO pin off.  This prevents the pin from "floating" into the on-state if left floating.

When the input is high, the EN/UVLO pin sources a 4.5-5.5μA "hysteresis" current to hold the the pin ON and allow the external resistance to program the hysteresis voltage on the EN threshold.
