TPS62262: TPS 62262 wrong Output

Part Number: TPS62262

TPS 62262DRVT devices purchased are giving wrong outputs 1.8V DC instead of 1.2V DC

Part Coding is correct. Attaching photos of parts which are giving wrong output. Two are soldered on PCB and others are one which are de-soldered from PCB.

Posting photos so that Part Marking can be verified alongwith Batch.

There is no problem with PCB or Circuit as devices from other lot are working fine.

Can you please check the same and revert.

Hi,

The part marking is correct and corresponds to the 1.2V Vout fixed version.

Could you share more info on the purchase? Do you also have the purchase label for these devices?

We had purchased from Stockist in India. We don't have purchase label either...sorry

Hi,

It is also possible that there was an Electrically Induced Physical Damage (EIPD). It may just not be visible from outside.

Is it possible to send the units for a Failure Analysis? You can do this through your distributor.
