Thank you for using the E2E Forum.
Unfortunately, the TPS43000 is not supported by a P-Spice model.
For your reference, a similar question was posted in the E2E forum some years ago:

Like mentioned in this other thread, I can recommend you to enter your specifications into a parametric search table to find similar parts instead, or use WEBENCH(R) Designer.
