If you intend to repair the model, you might also consider changing line 159 from

.SUBCKT DPST_SWITCH_0 CTRL IN OUT PARAMS : VTHRESH = 0.5

.SUBCKT DPST_SWITCH_0 CTRL IN OUT PARAMS: VTHRESH = 0.5

(no space after PARAMS, thus becoming compatible to ngspice)
