Hi team, this is a question that my account "GOOGOL" met, since I don't have a FAE partner with me now, and the customer doesn't have E2E account. I really need your help to give us some comment.
I have used the LM5025AMTCX/NOPB 24-to-5V isolated power supply solution in large quantities on a product (the annual consumption is about 100k), Toshiba's optocoupler TLP291GR is used in this solution. Due to Toshiba's supply problem with this optocoupler , I need to replace other optocoupler , we can find solutions that can be supplied normally as follows, first, TLP293GR; second, EL3H4 (TA)-VG CTR: 50%-150% (IF=±1mA VCE=5V) SMT . please give me advise to slove the problem Because it is an industrial application, it has high reliability requirements. The old solution has been verified for many years without problems. It is necessary to ensure that the replacement of the optocoupler will not cause problems. Please help me solve this problem, thank you.
