Hi team,
My customer is investigating the reason of power good timing mismatch from their target value.
They put 15000pF at SSpin to achieve 7.5ms delay from EN but, actual delay is around 11ms.
I realized all scope shot in the datasheet also has a delay. PGOOD timing is 1.2ms later from 90% of Vout. It much longer than PGOOD deglitch time 140us.
Could you explain the reason of the power good delay?
