finding a small package for negative power with 3.3~5V input / -2V/600 mA outpur current rating

Have you tried looking at Products -> Power Management -> BuckBoost / Inverting Bucks -> Inverting Converters ?

The TPS63710 is a 3mm x 3mm integrated FET inverting converter which can support a 3.1 to 14V input with a negative output upto 2A.

The other options I am seeing that support lower input voltages haver lower maximum output currents.

3mm X 3mm is to big for my tiny board size. Is there any other option ???  It would be better under 9 mm^2.
