Hi team,
Can you please provide typical quiescent current data (maybe based on characterization?)?

Hi team,
Can you please provide typical quiescent current data (maybe based on characterization?)?
Hi PY,
I pulled some data out of ATE characterization data. It's just for reference purposes.
Going down the table you have:
1.63mA
1.67mA
1.84mA
2.48mA
2.28mA
Again, this data is just for reference.

Yichi
Hi Yichi,
Thank you. How about typical quiescent current data for below 2 cases?
Hi PY,
Are these two data specified in the datasheet as a spec (for max or something else)? If it's not specified in datasheet, then we don't have any more data.

Yichi
Hi PY,
Sorry then we don't have any additional data for these.

Yichi
Hi Yichi,
Regarding the ATE characterization data, could you please double check the last one, "2.28mA which is IQ_VS_DIA_SS", lower than the 2nd last one "2.48mA IQ_VS_SS".
This is because I would expect diagnostic enable should increase Iq, which can be seen in the dual supply case, for both typical values and maximum values.
Thank you.
Hi PY,
I would agree with you that it should be more current with diag enabled. However, I double checked and it seems the data is presented this way. It could be part to part variation in the testing etc. Please still rely on the datasheet data as those are verified by design in their simulation.
Regards,
Yichi
