TLV62585: Minimum UVLO value

Hi Takeshi,

For the supply voltages below the minimum value of UVLO, the device is OFF.

For the better understanding, please refer to the figure below, showing operating modes of a device with different supply voltage ranges:

Generally, there is some tolerance specified in UVLO parameters to account for temperature and process variation. I would recommend to look into the app note for more detailed explanation.

Q1. Does TI have minimum spec of UVLO for TLV62585?

Yes, I've got the information from the customer just now. Could you confirm if we can provide following minimum UVLO?

-> The customer requires Vin falling. 

>Also, please let me know the package (SOT or QFN) for which you need this data?

-> The package is SOT5X3.

Hi Takeshi,

I checked the characterization data for this device. Unfortunately, we do not have a minimum value of UVLO. To be on the safer side, I would recommend to consider the typical value of UVLO to ensure proper functioning of the device, taking into account temperature and process variations as well.

The customer understands we don't have the minimum value of UVLO of the TLV62585. Can TI provide best estimated reference value on the minimum UVLO from similar designed device to TLV62585?
