UCC27289: unencrypted Spice file for simulation in LTSpice

Hello,

I am looking at the UCC27289 in some new product development. Our design team needs to get their hands on an unencrypted version of the Spice files to simulate the gate drive behavior.

We don't have an unencrypted UCC27289 PSPICE model. The model on the product page on ti.com can be used with PSPICE-FOR-TI. On the product page we have a link to download PSPICE-FOR-TI (https://www.ti.com/product/UCC27282#design-development):

An alternative would be to use the unencrypted model for UCC27282 (https://www.ti.com/product/UCC27282#design-development) since these products share most of the electrical characteristics and switching characteristics as well as peak current specs. The two key differences are:

UCC27282 has a VDD range from 5.5V to 16V (5.4V UVLO threshold), while UCC27289 has a VDD range from 8V to 16V (7.8V UVLO threshold)
UCC27282 has input interlock logic to turn off both output when LI and HI are high at the same time, while UCC27289 does not have this feature
